Adding your payout account
Add the New Zealand bank account where your released funds should be paid.
Before you start
Have your account details ready.
You’ll need:
- The account holder’s name
- A New Zealand bank account number
- Any information requested to confirm the account belongs to you
The payout account should belong to the person or business receiving the funds.
How toadd it
Step 1: Open your account settings
Go to your payout or banking details.
Step 2: Add the account
Enter the account name and number carefully.
Step 3: Complete any required checks
Wlbr may need to verify that the account belongs to you before funds can be released.
Step 4: Check the details
Make sure the account is correct before approving a payment release.
What happens when the funds are released?
The approved amount goes to your payout account.
Wlbr deducts the applicable fee and pays the remaining balance to your verified New Zealand bank account.
If you update your payout account, it may need to be verified again before receiving funds.
Wlbr will never ask for your banking password or sign-in codes.
