Recourse Guide
How to approve a release
Only approve a release when the agreed outcome has been met.
Approval tells Wlbr that the funds are ready to move to the seller.
Before you approve
Check what has been completed.
Review the work, service, item or handover against the original agreement.
You’ll see the amount being released and the recipient before confirming.
HowReleaseWorks
Step 1: The seller confirms completion
The seller confirms that the agreed work, service or handover is complete.
Step 2: The buyer reviews the outcome
The buyer checks that it matches what was agreed.
Step 3: Both parties approve
Once both sides approve, Wlbr releases the agreed funds to the seller’s verified New Zealand bank account.
The applicable Wlbr fee is deducted from the amount the seller receives.
Using milestones?
Approve one stage at a time.
Each milestone can be completed, reviewed and approved separately.
Only the approved amount is released. The remaining funds stay securely held.
Are refunds charged a fee?
Don’t approve the release.
Talk to the other party and try to resolve the issue first.
If you cannot agree, either party can raise a dispute before the funds move.
