Refunds

Sometimes a payment needs to come back.

If the deal does not go ahead, or both sides agree that some or all of the held funds should be returned—Wlbr can refund the buyer.

HowRefundsWork

  1. Step 1: Agree on the amount

The buyer and seller agree whether the refund will be full or partial.

  2. Step 2: Approve the refund

Both parties confirm the agreed outcome in Wlbr.

  3. Step 3: The funds return to the buyer

Wlbr returns the approved amount to the buyer’s bank account.

Bank processing times may affect when the refund appears.

  • Partial refunds

    Return some. Release the rest.

Part of the payment can be refunded to the buyer while the remaining amount is released to the seller.

Both sides must agree on how the funds will be divided.

  • Are refunds charged a fee?

Wlbr only charges when funds are released to the seller.

No Wlbr fee is deducted from the amount refunded to the buyer.

  • Already released?

Wlbr can only refund funds it still holds.

Once funds have been released, they are no longer held by Wlbr and cannot be refunded through the platform.

  • Can’t agree?

Either party can raise a dispute before release. The affected funds will remain held while the issue is worked through.
