Verifying your identity

A quick identity check helps keep Wlbr and every payment safer.

Why it’s needed

Protection starts with knowing who’s involved.

Identity verification helps Wlbr confirm that you are who you say you are, prevent misuse and meet its financial-service obligations.

You may need to complete verification before you can receive released funds.

How to Verify your Identity

  1. Step 1: Open your account

    Sign in and follow the prompt to verify your identity.

  2. Step 2: Add your details

    Enter your information exactly as it appears on your identification.

  3. Step 3: Complete the secure check

    Follow the instructions provided through CloudCheck. You may need an accepted form of photo identification and a photo of yourself.

  4. Step 4: Wait for confirmation

    Wlbr will let you know once your identity has been verified or if anything else is needed.

Having Trouble?

Check that:

  • Your identification is current
  • Your details match your identification
  • Your photos are clear and well lit
  • All information has been entered correctly

Never email your identification, password, sign-in codes or banking login details.
